Prices
Prices are subject to change at any time. If you find any errors, we do honour the error made and give you choice. If you discover any issues with the purchased order after deliver, please notify us within 48 hours of purchase – we shall do our best to give you options and solve this for you. If prices have changed after purchasing your order you will not have a option to return and get refund to your purchase at a lower price.
Payments
All payments are secure and protected. All payment is made electrically via card through our website. We do not accept cash, cheques or postal order or bank transfers. All payment must be paid when prompt when purchasing your item.
Buy a Perfect Gift must receive payments in full before your purchase is accepted and processed.
All our items produced are homemade to order by me.
Variations
Please note that designs/materials are subject to availability, where requested if we do not have the exact materials to achieve the design requested, a suitable alternative will be used, we endeavour to notify our customers of these changes, but reserve the right not to. Please note that colours/designs of items may appear differently from what photographs display, due to filters, lighting, and photo edits. We do not offer refunds (partial or full) for this.
I will always ensure the customer is as happy as possible and endeavour to sort any problems out as quickly as possible.
Custom orders
Custom orders are always my personal favourite and always do my best to produce to satisfy my customers. Please contact me via my contact page with designs and ideas and will you a quote accordingly.
