How long does it take until I receive my purchase?
Please allow 3-5 working days for UK orders however Europe will differ and we will notify you of your dispatch but normally receive much more sooner.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship only to Europe therefore see delivery charges in Delivery and Returns section. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause – we are looking to ship our products nationally very soon.
Which courier do you use?
We use Royal Mail courier service for shipping to United Kingdom parcels. In Europe we are using Hermes courier service.
How long is it for dispatch for my purchase?
Please allow 1-2 working days for your items to be dispatched and you will be notified as soon it has been shipped out to you.
