Delivery & Returns

Our aim at Buy A Perfect Gift is to get your purchase with you as soon as possible. Your item will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Depending on the option selected when purchasing your order for the delivery – allow 3-5 working days for your purchase to be with you as all items are custom made however normally get much sooner.

We always obtain proof of postage with our courier provider – Royal Mail. Please find that Royal Mail consider any purchase lost or stolen only after the 21 days of dispatch and if this is the case please contact ‘Buy a Perfect Gift’ via out contact page as soon as possible.

If any order does not arrive, we offer full refund or replacement once we have proof of complaint with Royal Mail is completed. All items are dispatched to the highest quality standards.

Please note

Due to recent changes implemented since the UK left the EU on 31st December 2020, our customers in Europe may have to pay Import Duty and taxes on their orders. Additionally, from 1st July 2021 our customers in Europe will have to pay VAT on their order at their country's prevailing rate. This may happen before your delivery arrives, or it may be claimed directly by your delivery driver. These duties and taxes are added by European countries and are out of the control of Buy a Perfect Gift. If you refuse a parcel for that reason, the shipping fees will be deducted from any refund.

We continue to offer UK and Europe delivery, however, the current COVID-19 pandemic may cause delays of up to 5 days for some destinations outside the UK. All returns must be returned with suitable protective packaging to the sender’s address. Refund or replacements are only processed once full goods have been received in full to the sender’s address in the condition items were sent in– payment of sending items for return will be the customers responsibility. Please provide proof of sending items from Royal Mail once send. 

Under the consumer contract regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional. Please note this does NOT apply to anything that has been personalised as this cannot be sold on.

If you wish to return an item, please notify in writing via the contact page.

Please note there will be no returns on sale items.

Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy.

Custom Items

Custom made items are exempt from the consumer contract regulations, the only exception being is if they're faulty. 

We endeavour to offer the best customer service possible, and if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us as we aim to have satisfied customers.

Photo upload

Please upload a high-quality photo to be printed on your purchased item. We are not held responsible for any low resolution or low-quality photos sent and printed on your purchase.  We will not refund any low-resolution orders as we are not held accountable for this.

Please bear in mind that any photograph personalisation are an transfer process and therefore are not held responsible for not the exact colours that transferred on the purchase item.
